Mr. Wilkinson holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Geology as well as an MBA. Mr. Wilkinson has over 35 years of experience in the mining and finance industries. He has held senior positions with numerous junior resource companies as well as corporate finance and research positions with several financial institutions.

Mr. Graham is an accomplished mining professional with over 20 years of experience in the development and exploration of mineral deposits primarily with Rio Tinto and Anglo American, including playing a management role in the building of the Diavik Mine. He is the former chair of the University of British Columbia Mineral Deposit Research Unit and until November 2013 served as President and CEO of Discovery Harbour Minerals Corp.

Mr. Metcalfe has been Counsel at Metcalfe, Blainey & Burns LLP since 2001, and prior to that was a senior partner with the law firm Lang Michner LLP for 20 years. He is a former president and CEO of Armadale Properties and was a director of Canada Lands Company Limited. Mr. Metcalfe is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and has served as a director of numerous private and public companies.

Mr. Yurichuk is a senior partner at Bobot & Yurichuk LLP a chartered accounting firm. Mr. Yurichuk is a past board member and Audit Committee Chair of NovaDx Ventures Corp., Emgold Mining Corp., ValGold Resources Ltd and Paragon Minerals Corp. He has served as a director of Mavrix Fund Management Inc., a director of Matrix Balanced Income funds, a subsidiary of Growth Works Ltd. and director of a number of resource funds.
